How to Make Rose Water at Home with a Still

- Distilled water (Fill the boiler with water, set up the column and condenser as per the manufacturer's instructions, and run the still. Ensure the cooling system is functioning properly to condense the steam back into purified water. This process will remove impurities, giving you high-quality distilled water.
Equipment:
- Distilling Still (ie T500, Pure Distilling Still or similar distillation unit)
- Clean, sterilised glass bottles for storing rose water
Instructions:
- Add Rose Petals and Distilled water
Place 4-6 cups of fresh rose petals into the boiler with the distilled water. Spread them out evenly but do not pack them tightly. - Set Up the Still:
Attach the column and condenser of the still according to the manufacturer's instructions. - Begin Distillation: as per manufacturer instructions
